Los Angeles Wolves

The Los Angeles Wolves was a team in the North American Soccer League. In 1967 the Wolves, comprised of a team of English club Wolverhampton Wanderers players, competed in the United Soccer Association (USA), and were the champions in its only season, defeating the Washington Whips 6-5 in the final. The club also played in the NASL for one season with a new roster not featuring the Wolves players.
In 1967 they played in the Los Angeles Coliseum, in 1968 in the Rose Bowl. Coaches were Ronnie Allen (67) and Ray Wood (68).
