This image, Lost ep210 12 360x240.jpg, is being linked here; though the picture is subject to copyright I (Opark 77) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

  1. it is a screenshot from a television series and there is no free alternative;
  2. it does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the DVD of the show in any way;
  3. copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the program because it is low resolution;
  4. the image is accompanied by a description of the monster pictured and discussion of its importance on the show;
  5. the image illustrates a concept that would be very difficult to explain using prose.
