Longuyon is a commune of the Meurthe-et-Moselle département in France.

For many years, on the road out of Longuyon toward Noers, several thousand Canadians called the apartment blocks at the top of the hill: PMQ's, Q's or just home. The site is still called "La Cité Canadienne". The street names still carry the names Toronto and Montreal etc. The new tennants have preserved a small park over by the old CO's house called 'Le place d'erables'where you will find the flags of Canada and France and a plaque on a nicely manicured lawn, flanked by two maple trees.
