Lodmoor reserve is an Royal Society for the Protection of Birds nature reserve, 1 mile (1.6km) east of Weymouth Dorset, near the village of Preston. The lake is composed of salt marsh, wet grassland and open water, and is separated from Weymouth Bay by Greenhill beach and the A353 road.[1]
