Locomotive Games is a video game developer acquired by THQ in 1999 which develops games mainly for Sony's Playstation Portable console. Their focus is to develop high quality "console-quality" games for portable platforms. The company used to be known as Pacific Coast Power & Light which was founded by Don Traeger (formerly of EA Sports) and Dennis Harper (formerly of Atari Games). Pacific Coast Power & Light developed games for the Gamecube, PlayStation 2, Xbox, Nintendo 64, PlayStation and PlayStation Portable.
