Lo Wei
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Lo Wei (1918–1996) was a famous Hong Kong film director best known for The Big Boss and Fist of Fury—both of which starred Bruce Lee. After Lee's death it was Lo Wei who gave Jackie Chan his first shot at the big time as part of the wave of Bruceploitation. Lo Wei is said to have been linked with Chinese organized crime, the Triads ([1]).
