Livia Klausová

Livia Klausová (born November 10, 1943 in Bratislava, Slovakia) is the wife of Czech President Václav Klaus, whom she married in 1968. She is an economist. The couple has two sons, Václav and Jan, and five grandchildren.

Ms. Klausová, née Livia Mištinová, is a Slovak (mixed Czech-Slovak marriages are very common).
