Live at the Venetian, Las Vegas is a digital album by Blue Man Group, released through the iTunes Music Store on July 25, 2006. The 10-track album is a live recording of the group's performance in the custom-built 1,750-seat theater at The Venetian Resort Hotel Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada, where the group has been performing since October 2003.[1] The album features seven songs from the album Audio, one song from The Complex ("Time to Start"), and two previously unreleased tracks ("Feast Picking" and "Chant Jam"). A series of Blue Man Group Podcasts have also been released to help promote both the album and the show itself.
"Rods and Cones" (Live) was released as a digital single two weeks before the release of the album, on July 11, 2006. A video of the live performance of "Rods and Cones" has also been released on iTunes, which marks the first time that a Blue Man Group theatrical performance has been released to the public.[2]
