[edit] Catchphrase
A catchphrase is the kind of thing which people hear a character saying and then use as a reference to this character. For example, Vicky Pollard's "Yeah but no but" is a catchphrase whereas "Dying man"'s "Not long now!" hardly counts as a catchphrase. Hence, I'm starting to weed some of these out. - As far as I'm concerned, the only difference is the number of times the phrase is repeated. Vicky Pollard says her "Yeah but no but" every time, while the dying man only has one scene so indeed his quotes can hardly be called catch phrases. However, there are characters with much less screentime than Vicky, who still have some sort of a catchphrase, such as "Call me Bubbles darlin, everyone does." Keep that in mind when your weeding out. (RagingR2 22:01, 31 August 2006 (UTC))
"The Series 1 DVD contains a deleted scene showing Des visiting a children's hospital and accidentally unplugging a patient's life support machine while trying to play some cheerful music on a tape recorder. It does not take much to work out why this sketch was cut."
- Doesn't it? There are sketches on many other potentially far more offensive things.....--Deglr6328 05:54, 23 January 2006 (UTC)
