Many people have asked what the word Lithium's purpose is in this song. Lithium is a very common alkali metal. It has many uses, practical and rare, it can be said with almost 100% certainty that it is reffering to the use of certain Lithium salts for the treatment of manic depression and bi-polar disorder. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 164.58.176.170 (talk • contribs).

Nothing yet that I've been able to find. As I just added to the article, the only known date in reference to Lithium (that I've found) is the Dec 4 release in UK. Curious how little information, yet so close to that date... -- Huntster ^{T • @ • C} 05:30, 10 November 2006 (UTC)

Yes, the video has aired, but on tv, I'm not sure. It is available on the band's myspace page, on google video, and on their website.

What about the Lithium EP? It's going to have a CD and a DVD. The DVD features the CMWYS and the Bring Me To Life perfomances on the VMALA 06 and the CD features a song called Ecotone...I've read it on the EvThreads Armando ^{(talk|ImgTalk|contribs)} 16:38, 26 November 2006 (UTC)

Unfortunately (or fortunately, however you look at it), EvThreads cannot be used as an official source unless it is a post from Amy. Also, my understanding is that the DVD has been cancelled, though I do not remember where I read this at. At this time, only those Singles listed on the page are official. According to sources, there will be no Lithium EP... However, Lithium will actually be two singles. Litium Part 1 and Lithium Part 2. Both to be released in the UK on January 9, 2007; not the 8th. The first single will have Lithium and The Last Song I'm Wasting On You.(Which is really cool and fun to play: abbriviated TLSIWOY). The second CD (Dubbed MAXI on wiki's main article) will feature an enhanced version of lithium(music) and Enhanced Video version. Given that Amazon.com now has both the front *and* back covers for the two versions, I'd say it is pretty much official. It is still feasible that something is amiss, but at this point, I consider this a remote possibility. -- Huntster ^{T • @ • C} 19:15, 15 December 2006 (UTC)
