Littlemoor
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Littlemoor is a suburb of Weymouth in Dorset, England, in the parish of Upwey and Broadwey. Despite its setting at the foot of the picturesque Bincombe Hill and relatively small population Littlemoor holds the dubious honour of having a higher crime concentration rate than central London.
During World War II the Littlemoor area was used as an Australian army camp. For this reason most of the roads in the area today are named after towns and cities in Australia.
