Lithobates is a genus of frogs. Species include the Bullfrog, the Crawfish Frog, and the extinct Vegas Valley Leopard Frog. Lithobates was previously considered a subgenus of Rana [1]. Currently Lithobates is considered a valid genus.[2][3]
