  • LiteSpeed Technologies, Ltd, founded in 1999 by Ronald J. Manera and located in West Palm Beach, Florida, USA;
  • LiteSpeed Technologies Inc., founded in 2002 by George Wang and located in New Jersey, USA.
  • Litespeed Education Technologies, BHD and its wholly owned subsidiary, Litespeed Education Pte Ltd, a Malaysian company.

Note: Both of the first two companies sell software for web servers, LiteSpeed Technologies Inc. sells web platform software, while LiteSpeed Technologies, Ltd sells web application software, and provides web hosting.
