[edit] Pikers

Pikers!!! I have a list of over 3000 superheroes from DC only!!! I could incorporate my list into this page, but it would be too long. Is there a way to split this article up into a listing for each letter of the alphabet?--Drvanthorp 04:52, 5 June 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Recent additions and acceptability

I think I should also mention to you that some of your additions don't actually quality as superheroines. Characters like Mystique and Man-Killer, although at times ambiguous or "well intentioned", are overall antagonists and don't belong. Ace Class Shadow; My talk. 21:57, 9 November 2006 (UTC)

Okay, seriously, you're adding villains to the article. This wholly inappropriate. Stop it. I'd normally try to assume good faith with you, but this is enough. I'd normally tell you to consider your choices, but you're apparently going to add any bitch who appeared in comic books. If you cannot "fill in the blanks" without adding supervillainesses like Roulette, I'd rather you not edit the article at all. Ace Class Shadow; My talk. 08:34, 13 November 2006 (UTC)

Apparently I added Roulette (Marvel Comics) to the lists of superheroines page. She's clearly one that belongs on the supervillainess list.Where and when did I apparently add her? I actually wasted my time to verify this.I checked through all the R characters that I added or edited since I decided to "help".I've added or edited Rapture,Ricochet,Replica,Rainmaker,Rose and Thorn,Rhea Jones,Raptor, and Riptide. No Roulette added to the list by me.Checking the dates and times--the last one I "worked on" was Nikki. If I'm wrong show me please.

Otherwise checking through the list currently, there are Deathbird,Devastation,Delilah,Domina, and Titania which shouldn't be there.

One that I added and got yanked later was Dark Angel (or Hell's Angel)Shevayne Haldane. She's one of the Marvel UK characters like Motormouth.Jedi Master Stewie 00:02, 14 November 2006 (UTC)

I'm sorry, though you did add the above mention ambiguous/villainous characters Mystique and Man-Killer. Also, you added Amanda Waller. I may have assumed with Roulette, and I'm sorry about that, but you have added villains. While I appreciate the effort, I'm afraid you just adding without enough thought. "Dark Angel (comics)" redirects to Dark Angel, a disambiguation page. Please, just try to be more careful. Consider using the "preview" function before saving. Proper additions and thorough work on your part saves others from having to correct avoidable mistakes. Ace Class Shadow; My talk. 00:09, 14 November 2006 (UTC)
Please let me know what your definition of superheroine is.Feedback would be much appreciated.

I see your point with Mystique and Man-Killer(I added only b/c she was Amazon in the Thunderbolts). I also can understand pulling Asp,Black Mamba, etc.Does that include Diamondback (Marvel)? The ones that fall into what I would call the "grey area"?Recent examples being adding the female Wetworks members,Avengelyne,or Aspen Matthews? I'll take Amanda Waller off the list of course.I only added her b/c I saw Angela,Lara Croft,Red Sonja (etc) were already on the list.None of which are superheroines, but are heroines.I was mainly adding what I considered relevant or important females to the list. Just would like to get this clarified so not wasting your time and my own limited time. Thanks! Jedi Master Stewie 00:43, 14 November 2006 (UTC)

Read superheroine for starters. Second, perhaps some clearer guidelines should be set. While this is clearly not "list of important females" as you seemed to think, I can understand how they might be some ambiguity as to what sort of characters qualify. Characters like Kim Possible could count. Lara Croft might be a stretch, though I'm not really familar with her. Certainly, superpowers (or lack thereof) aren't as important as a character's role in a storyline. Ace Class Shadow; My talk. 01:06, 14 November 2006 (UTC)
