What are you taking as the definition of "London"? I would suggest it be stated at the top of the list. 80.255 18:56, 30 Nov 2003 (UTC)

I suggest you click on the link and find out. Perhaps you can enjoy yourself by attempting to move it to 'Greater London Administrative Area' and City of London to London. Morwen 18:58, 30 Nov 2003 (UTC)
Well, the linked article describes, although does not explicate, what I would call 'inner london', rather than Greater London, so entitling this list "london buildings" seems to give a false impression.
'what I was call'??? Morwen 20:12, 30 Nov 2003 (UTC)
Not a case of highlighting-typos-to-avoid-addressing-the-issue syndrome, I hope! 80.255 20:30, 30 Nov 2003 (UTC)
No, it's a case of not understanding what the hell you are going on about. Now you've explained it, I can assure you that London is indeed talking about Greater London. For example 'The airfields of London City Airport, Heathrow, Biggin Hill, Kenley Aerodrome and Northolt lie within the London boundary.'. And I doubt that 17% of GDP figure refers to whichever verison of Inner London you are imagining. And it says London has 7,172,036 inhabitants according to the census. Check your facts. On a seperate issue: I notice you've included the Albert Memorial as a "building". Does that mean that other 'memorials' (marble arch, cleopatra's needle, etc.) should be included? List of inner London structures would seem a more appropriate name...

Well, if you do look at the top it says 'buildings, complexes and monuments'. Morwen 20:12, 30 Nov 2003 (UTC)
So why not create the article itself at List of London buildings, complexes and monuments? "Building" tends not to suggest monument, you must admit. 80.255 20:30, 30 Nov 2003 (UTC)
Brevity. Morwen 20:37, 30 Nov 2003 (UTC)
