Does there need to be documentary evidence? I see that Thomas Hardy, for example, is missing.

What is the purpose of this list?

For those who are thick like me and need to think about it, "gee-double-u" means "G.W." - presumably G.W. Bush.

this shouldn't exist, it's disresectful to anyone listed, to their right to privacy, also it can be considered liable/slander if wrong
