Put in the loading screen map descriptions of the Armored Fury maps Seriphyn 19:40, 7 June 2006 (UTC)
- Somebody already did. Or atleast I assume that is what they are, I don't have AF so I can't check it. --Lorian 22:11, 7 June 2006 (UTC)

- Yeah, that was me. Meant to say 'I put in' rather then 'Put in please'. Seriphyn 10:30, 18 July 2006 (UTC)

- And added in Road to Tralalalabad briefing as well. Well, Jalalabad. Reminded me of that song "Ooo, you touch my tra la la". Yes. Seriphyn 12:30, 19 July 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Pictures
Who deleted the pictures? Why the vandalism? abelson 09:04, July 12, 2005 (UTC)
I deleted the pictures. Because i'm not sure they're legal. Sam916
If they are screenshots, they are considered legal under {{fairuse}}:

They are screenshots, but i didn't take them. And secondly, i don't think i had permission to upload them. Sam916
[edit] Links
I think that if we have links to pages for each map, that the file name should be BF2_Map_<name>. There are some maps that take place in real locations and this naming conventions should be used to avoid confusion and mis-linking. --BeastRHIT 19:23, 1 September 2005 (UTC)
- I have started working on the other maps, if the article already exists I am naming it Map Name (Battlefield 2 map). Considering you posted this in September last year, you probably won't see it, but, whatever. --Lorian 13:40, 26 May 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Merge from Songhua Stalemate article
I believe that the Songhua Stalemate article should be merged here, because
- There is no article for any of the other maps
- This list should include map descriptions like the one featured in the article
- The Stalemate article is a bit too crufty to be featured like that; it would be better if we featured all the maps in a single article.
--Zxcvbnm 22:57, 14 March 2006 (UTC)
- I think the article should be left as is because I dont agree with the reasons given to merge it. The fact that there are no articles for the other maps does not mean that this article is not warranted - it just means nobody has made articles for the other maps! There will always be a time when only one article in a list is made. Secondly, list articles are meant to be just that; lists. They then link to other articles for the majority of the description. Thirdly, there are many other examples of computer game map articles that have not been deleted or merged into lists: see Category:Counter-Strike_maps. Their number is a precedent for computer game map's notability, unless they end up getting deleted/merged for being 'crufty', in which case I would have to concede the point. - I think we should merge, because of the reasons listed above. The article offers nothing the list doesn't. The map has nothing special to warrant having its own article.Thmars10 01:34, 17 March 2006 (UTC)
- My concern with merging all of the content into the list is that the list will be enormous when similar lengths of content are added for all the other maps. When an article gets that long, its usually an indicator to cut the content out into their own articles, like has happened in Battlefield 2. Remy B 03:55, 17 March 2006 (UTC)
- I say do not merge, just because only one of the maps has it's own page, does not mean we should remove it, seperate articles could be made for the other maps. Lorian 19:06, 17 March 2006 (UTC)

SOMEONE add the upcoming Jalalabaad —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 202.7.166.163 (talk • contribs).
[edit] Map descriptions
The map descriptions read like they're straight from the in-game descriptions, which are (probably) copyrighted...
