Talk:List of governors of Florida
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
bioguide & appletons both have john branch starting in 1844, not 1841.
Question - are the birth and death dates of a governor relavent to this list? I do not want to take it upon myself to delete them without some sort of discussion, but it seems to me the purpose of this list is just to give the governors, the time they were in office, and their party. It seems that when they were born or died is irrelevant to when they were governor. It seems that if someone was after that kind of information on a governor, they could click on the link and look the the informaition on that govenor. Please let me know what anyone else thinks. - It helps for people that don't have articles yet and currently not all governors have them. "dates unknown" is misleading for the ones with articles (in the meantime). I'd omit the note for cases where it just isn't added to the list. -- User:Docu
Ok - now all governors have articles. So, what is the opinion now? NamcoFL 00:36, Nov 11, 2004 (UTC)
