[edit] Proposed merger

Could I propose that Internet fax providers be merged into this page? This would reduce fragmentation, and present a full list of options for people interested in the subject. 83.70.78.179 16:44, 8 July 2006 (UTC)

Definitely. They would be easy to merge.
However, there should be some distinction made between internet-based fax and software applications which usually send fax via phone line. --George100 19:44, 8 July 2006 (UTC)
George100 is right; it should be included as a section of its own, clearly identified as "internet fax providers". Rwxrwxrwx 19:58, 8 July 2006 (UTC)

Well, a week has passed, and no objections yet, so here goes! 83.70.65.227 13:15, 15 July 2006 (UTC)

[edit] 32bit Internet Fax

"32bit Internet Fax" was recently added to the Fax Servers list (it was already in the Integrated Fax Programs list). According to its site, it is not a fax server, but rather a workstation-based integrated fax program with the ability to use modems located on other similarly-equipped workstations on the local network. I therefore propose to remove its entry from the Fax Servers list. Also, the price shown appears to be wrong; according to https://ssl.electrasoft.com/foea32bi.htm the cost for 10 workstations sharing 1 modem is 299.99 USD. Rwxrwxrwx 12:22, 23 August 2006 (UTC)
