At what age does someone become eligible for this title? Presumably adult age isn't the same everywhere in the world.... -- Smjg 11:16, 31 January 2006 (UTC)

The bones in womens' bodies set at age 25, so I think we should go with that age for the "shortest ever" title. However, to be listed as a famous short woman, I think that the age should be 16 because, statistically speaking, 90% of girls are done growing by this age. Stephe1987 18:09, 20 March 2006 (UTC)

Source: I read she was 4'11 in the Sunday Times Magazine a few months ago (I can't find the article now). I also read that she often wears high heels etc, that make her about 5'02. Sergeant Snopake 11:03, 26 May 2006 (UTC)

Is it really appropriate to have 5'1" women listed as famous short women, considering the average female height is around 5'4", giving a difference of only three inches? If so, should 5'7" females be listed on the "list of famous tall women" page? Wouldn't that be absurd? Kate Moss would end up on the list, and one of the things she's better known for is being unusually short for a runway model... I say we make the cutoff at least as short as the legal midget category - 4'11" & under, if not shorter.

Compared to the male list there's surprisingly few named that are under 4 ft 6. I would've thought it might be at least as easy to name women that short.--T. Anthony 12:13, 22 August 2006 (UTC)

Naturally, if you call yourself "Lil'" anything (incidentally, grammatically incorrect) one of your selling points is being as small as possible, hence her drifting claims about her own stature. Other Wikipedians have suggested everything from her mugshot rounding her height to the nearest foot, to her being allowed to wear shoes for the shot, but none have ever come up with a more official record of her height. ◄ИΞШSΜΛЯΞ► 23:40, 18 September 2006 (UTC)
