At the moment section 3 "Personal Arms" has arms relating to a named individual, section 4 "Personal coats of arms" merely has a family name, but includes at least one example from a country which does not admit of family coats of arms, but holds the majority view as far as laws of arms, that the achievemnt is personal to the grantee, not to all members of the grantees family.
