Is there any means of limiting this list or does any botanical garden deserves a place overhere. BOTANIC GARDENS CONSERVATION INTERNATIONAL mentions more than 2200 botanical gardens: [1]. --Donar Reiskoffer 14:28, 6 March 2006 (UTC)

2,200 sounds like a good list length, we have lots of lists that long. I don't know of a formal definition that is useful, so we fall back on self-description and organization membership to maintain NPOV. Stan 15:54, 6 March 2006 (UTC)
