[edit] Calaway Park location

Calaway Park Amusement Park is listed in the Southest Section. It is located immediately south of highway 1, which passes through the northern half of the city. Should it not be in northwest? (Or even in "outside the city"). A "Calaway Park Camp Ground" is registered in Signal Hill, but that's not the article linked. --Qyd 05:28, 5 November 2006 (UTC)

That's a tough one, because Calaway Park is technically not even in the city. HOWEVER, at the western edge of the city, 16th Avenue (Highway 1) is actually the border between NW and SW (not the river), despite the fact that on the surface, this seems counter-intuitive (what happened to 1st through 15th avenues...). Nevertheless, this is the way it is and it is why COP is in the SW and not the NW (even though it fronts 16th Ave). The river does not become the N-S division until you pass Bowness. --Arch26 09:29, 5 November 2006 (UTC)
