I have created a post 1983 Black July section [1] to include the tragic figures of Sri Lankan Tamil history. Prominent Sri Lankan Tamil unassociated with the civil war politics so far should be included in the post 1948 section, where as those who are intimately associated with the civil war under the post 1983 section[2].
