Talk:List of PlayStation 2 game music
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
This article is in dire need of help. I suggest we make separate articles for the awards and link to them from this list. How do others feel? --Anthony5429 21:49, 1 January 2006 (UTC)
- I think the whole thing's POV and can't possibly be made otherwise. -- Thesquire (talk - contribs) 22:32, 3 January 2006 (UTC)
- I agree, so long as the only games present are those who have "champions" we're stuck in POV. Would it help to make it List of Games That Have Won Major Awards for Music? We could define "major awards" as AIAS, IGDA, BAFTA and GANG -- I think those are the four most prestigious. We could also add each year's finalists in each award to avoid listing one game per year in cases where titles like Call of Duty swept everything and would disguise the excellence of other work. - I agree. this article is called "list of playstation 2 music"; these sections have nothing to do with the list. Ideally, these sections would be placed under some sort of article about video game music awards but such an article doesn't exist. I'm going to remove the sections. If someone wants to ressurrect the sections, let them place the sections into a new article about video game music awards--Mitaphane 01:43, 7 June 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Cleanup
I've done major cleanup for this article so that conforms more to the standards that the other video game music lists set. I'm removing the cleanup tag. --Mitaphane 03:08, 7 June 2006 (UTC)
Im a bit surprised that crash twinsanity was not on here as that music is the best game music ive ever heard, it is generally regarded as one of the best.
