"List of Midwestern cities by size" could refer to any country. Please discuss. Shane 13:04, 15 March 2006 (UTC)
- I don't see the need for it. Is there evidence of "Midwest" being used in any other country? It looks like even Brazil's "Center West" is only "Mid West" when translated to English. —mjb 19:17, 3 July 2006 (UTC)
Actually there is a region in Australia refered to as the Midwest region. I'm sure there are others too. Sfacets 12:24, 19 July 2006 (UTC)
Is this encyclopedic? What is the definition of "Midwest"? What purpose does the article serve? There are no parallel regional city lists for the US. --Dhartung | Talk 03:55, 20 July 2006 (UTC)
- So perhaps it should be deleted? Wikipeda is not the U.S. census. —Centrx→talk • 02:30, 29 July 2006 (UTC)
Chicago is the only city named Chicago. I'm sure when people see "Chicago" they will understand this list is for the United States of America. =P DUHHHHH
[edit] Metro areas
I would rather see a list of Midwestern metropolitan areas by size. Does anyone have such a list? Add it to the article in a separate section, if you do. Thanks —mjb 19:17, 3 July 2006 (UTC)
