  • Comprehensive: Covers the defined scope by including every member of a set, or, in the case of dynamic lists, by not omitting any major component of the subject.

[edit] Article name

Regarding the name "List of Lone Wolf (gamebooks)", shouldn't this article have a name more along the lines of "List of Lone Wolf game books", "List of Lone Wolf gamebooks", or "List of Lone Wolf books"? The disambiguation for "Lone Wolf" isn't needed when explicitly listing out the books, since it's clear in such a context that we're talking about novels. -- Slordak 15:51, 12 July 2006 (UTC)

  • The issue is that there are other Lone Wolf book series, such as Lone Wolf and Cub which is totally different from these. So it has to say game books, but as to getting ride of the parenthesese, I have no opinion. Judgesurreal777 15:53, 12 July 2006 (UTC)

They should go. I was about to boldly do it myself, but then I realised my original position, when I saw that this had been split from Lone Wolf (gamebooks), was to argue for it to be put back there! Most "List of" articles fit two or three of the following:

  • They're large and would bloat the main page unnecessarily. 30-odd titles isn't that much when there's no other information besides the titles.
  • They're ancillary to the main article. The titles of the gamebooks are pretty primary to Lone Wolf (gamebooks), whereas a list of characters, say, wouldn't be.
  • They're a list of links to other Wikipedia articles. I suppose this one could come about... or else, synopses could be put here.

That's my opinion, anyway. ...wait, hang on. I now see that a lot more articles have been created about this series, including at least a few articles for the individual books. My main concern is still that these are not being linked from the main article; and if they are linked from there, do we need this list here? -- Perey 14:16, 29 July 2006 (UTC)

  • It was suggested to me in a peer review for the Lone Wolf Gamebooks, and I think I still agree. It is good to be able to sp;ecifically references just the list of books as opposed to the whole article. I want to make it a featured list at some point. :) Judgesurreal777 19:26, 29 July 2006 (UTC)
