This is the talk page for discussing improvements to the List of Kanto locations article.

[edit] Why does this even exist?

In my opinion, this page is entirely unnecessary. First, while some of the cities in the list link to other cities' articles, none of them link to their own. Second, the Pokémon Locations box appears at the bottom of every city's full article, serving perfectly well as a list by itself. The only merit this list has is its inclusion of locations besides cities (as poorly done as they are). What would probably work better is to just mention these locations in the articles of the cities they're closest to: Mt. Moon with Cerulean City, Victory Road with Indigo Plateau, etc. This also has the added effect of adding more information to the city articles, which I understand have, in the past, had their necessity as articles questioned. There's no good reason this list should still be here. I won't put it up for deletion yet, but if enough people agree with me, it's possibility. ~e.o.t.d~ 23:56, 16 November 2006 (UTC)
