Talk:List of Jabber server software

Google Jabber Server: Should we list the google jabber server? I believe they created their own jabber server or modified an existing one, does anyone know more about this?--seweso 15:55, 29 November 2005 (UTC)
- This page is about software, not about services like Google Talk. AFAIK Google do not sell or did not open-sourced the code for their service. Ejabberd 20:31, 29 November 2005 (UTC)
<guest> AFAIK Java and even LPC are cross-platform languages, too.. so either we categorize all open source servers as being cross platform, or we mention which languages those *jabberd are really in. The current listing is inconsistent like this. What about showing "PROJECT (language / platforms) URL" for each project?
- Good remark, I will add the programming language instead. The articles of each server can list which platforms it actually works under. NaturalBornKiller 20:21, 3 April 2006 (UTC)
btw, abandoned is spelled with one 'n'. other than that, thx for keeping a list here.
- You can fix this by yourself; this is Wikipedia! :-) NaturalBornKiller 20:21, 3 April 2006 (UTC)
