Is he really a deity? Does he really belong in the same class as the likes of Indra and Vishnu who have been worshipped for thousands of years and praised in sacred texts? Of course some hindus will just worship anyone- including people who never claimed to be gods and who would have been horrified to learn that people were worshipping idols of them (eg. Sri Narayana Guru) --Grammatical error 19:22, 22 April 2006 (UTC)
