Always traditionally just "The Imps" until very recently (44,800 Google hits), but "Red Imps" appears to be becoming more common (745 Google hits, and the name of their official web site).

I think that this list is difficult to read, if you are looking for a nickname of a club. This is obviuosly because the list is arranged by nicknames, and not clubs. Therefore, I propose that a new list be created which displays the same information, but arranged by club instead of by nicknames. I do not think that the current list should be replaced. Neither do I think that a new list should go in this article, necessarily (as this article is a list of nicknames). However, I do not think that a new list should have its own article, as that article and this article will be inevitably merged with this existing one. Therefore, possibly the best solution would be to delete this article, and create a new article with the two lists. RedvBlue 11:31, 18 August 2006 (UTC)

I don't think a list ordered by club would be as much use. If you want to find the nickname of a club you can simply go to the clubs article. This list is for when you have a nickname and want to find out which club(s) it belongs to. josh (talk) 16:44, 18 August 2006 (UTC)
