The following is a little misleading: "He also appeared to know about Conan/Shinichi's secret identity and problem. This is seen when he makes close observation to Conan in some investigation and in the end of Volume 36( when Conan wants to defuse the time bomb).This might make him a 'hidden backup plan' for Kudo's plan." This makes it seems like he might know Conan's real identity. However in that scene he merely wonders who Conan is and doesn't make the connection to Shin'ichi Kudo.

I agree. This is original research which would not be on Wikipedia; I would remove it in due course. --Samuel Curtis 10:14, 22 August 2006 (UTC)
