This article could be dead interesting do musicians. I'll put a rewrite on the top of my list! Mütze 21:29, 22 April 2006 (UTC)

I always was a bit curious if the lines she was playing were references to something; the current page doesn't exactly answer any questions though. I'd love it if whoever rewrites this could do something in that direction, or at the least, get sound clips of the different lines she plays.--Charibdis 17:52, 21 July 2006 (UTC)
Well, I have now transcribed almost all solos and have the images ready to go. For personal use, I have saved the individual solos as digital audio files, but I am not sure if it would be legal to upload them to Wikipedia. Maybe as MIDI? — Mütze 19:28, 21 July 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Citations

I've added a citation to snpp.com, and removed some of the speculation in the article as to the reasons. If anyone wants to add that speculation back in, please cite its origins carefully. -Harmil 16:45, 30 April 2006 (UTC)

I am currently preparing a major rewrite of the article, stay tuned for interesting stuff. :-D Mütze 16:58, 1 May 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Title

Shouldn't this be "Sax solo gag" to go along with "Chalkboard gag" and "Couch gag"?

   Yeah, I agree, I will change it.--MMSH987 16:26, 11 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Merge with Lisa Simpson

Does this deserve its own article? I've added a merge tag to the Lisa Simpson article. FAL 05:19, 17 October 2006 (UTC)

Please get rid of this thing. CovenantD 06:29, 17 October 2006 (UTC)
I disagree. This article can definitely be expanded. As a matter of fact, I have had some things in mind for some time, but I can't find the time for them. I'd suggest just leaving the article be for the time being.
Absolutly couch gag and chalkboard gag both get their own article this definitly should PiAndWhippedCream 22:52, 3 November 2006 (UTC)
Maybe the gags can be moved to the opening sequence page or get some music clips of the different variations.--MMSH987 16:27, 11 November 2006 (UTC)
