- PCN - "Pennsylvania Cable Network" A non-profit, non-partisan network supported by cable systems, covers the State Legislature and provides interactive Call-In porgrams where viewers can talk live with newsmakers. PCN also airs factory and museum tours, high school state sports championships, profiles, and special events surrounding the State Farm Show, Groundhog Day and the anniversary of the Battle of Gettysburg. The network is headquartered in the Harrisburg area.

- Drexel University Television (DUTV) - As close to public access as most Philadelphia cable services provide. Shares some programming with WYBE TV 35, the independent public station in Philadelphia

- PCNC - "Pittsburgh Cable News Channel" Owned by Cox Broadcasting, which owns NBC affiliates WPXI-TV (Pittsburgh) and WJAC-TV (Johnstown/Altoona).
