- It's a Mistake by Men at Work (1983) - apparently also mispressed as a release by Men Without Hats, though such mispressings were clearly labeled
- Lick It Up by KISS (United Kingdom, 1983) shaped like an armored tank
- "La Femme Accident" by Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark (1985), 7-inch shaped picture disc
- A single shaped like DEVO's famous Energy Dome headgear was planned, but never made it past the test pressing stage.
- Loose Cannon by Killing Joke (Zuma Recordings UK,2003) - shaped yellow evil clown head image from the eponymous 2003 album sleeve
