This is a list of players who has been drafted in the NHL Entry Draft and played the season prior to the draft for Frölunda HC. The list includes players who played for the team when they were knows as Västra Frölunda IF (1944-1984) and later Västra Frölunda HC (1984-2004). The team has also been know as the Frölunda Indians since 1996.
