This is a list of civil parishes in the ceremonial county of Gloucestershire, England, including the unitary authority of South Gloucestershire.

The parishes of Leckhampton, Prestbury, Swindon and Up Hatherley were transferred to the borough of Cheltenham effective April 1, 1991, having previouosly formed part of the borough of Tewkesbury. [1]

The parishes of Cowley and Coberley were transferred to the district of Cotswold effective April 1, 1991, having previouosly formed part of the borough of Tewkesbury. [1]

The parish of Quedgeley was transferred to the city of Gloucester effective April 1, 1991, having previouosly formed part of the district of Stroud. [1]
