Mercury Monterey was reincarnated as a minivan.
Chrysler Town and Country was reincarnated as a station wagon in the 1980s, then as a minivan in the 1990s.
Nissan's Z-car was discontinued during the late 90's, and resumed production with the 350Z.
Chevrolet is the current champion of this list.
First Porsche Carrera GT was based on the 356 in the early 1960's, second one was a LeMans Homologation model based on the 924, third Carrera GT was a bespoke supercar.
