This is a list of highways in Yukon.

- Yukon Highway 3 - Haines Highway (Paved)
- Yukon Highway 4 - Robert Campbell Highway (Mostly unpaved)
- Yukon Highway 5 - Dempster Highway (Unpaved)
- Yukon Highway 6 - Canol Road (Unpaved)
- Yukon Highway 7 - Atlin Road (Mostly unpaved)
- Yukon Highway 8 - Tagish Road (Paved)
- Yukon Highway 9 - Top of the World Highway (Unpaved)
- Yukon Highway 10 - Nahanni Range Road (Unpaved)
- Yukon Highway 11 - Silver Trail (Partially paved)

Historical route identifications (prior to 1978):
- Yukon Highway 1 - Alaska Highway
- Yukon Highway 2 - portions of the Klondike Highway and the Silver Trail, originally built as the Whitehorse-Mayo Road, terminating at Keno
- Yukon Highway 3 - portion of the Klondike Highway and the entire Top of the World Highway
- Yukon Highway 4 - Haines Highway, but often called the Haines Road and sometimes Haines Cut-Off
- Yukon Highway 5 - the Carcross Road, 33 miles from Carcross to the Alaska Highway
- Yukon Highway 6 - the Tagish Road, 33 miles from Carcross through Tagish to the Alaska Highway at Jakes' Corner
- Yukon Highway 7 - Atlin Road
- Yukon Highway 8 - Canol Road
- Yukon Highway 9 - Robert Campbell Highway, including a portion originally built to connect to the Nahanni Range Road
- Yukon Highway 10 - Nahanni Range Road
- Yukon Highway 11 - Dempster Highway
