He was cursed with the ability to see the future and sensed the destruction of Planet Vegeta. He failed to defeat Freiza, but as he had seen in a vision right before his death, many years later his son Son Goku succeeded where he could not.

After reaching Meat they immediately destroy all of its natives, but before they could celebrate the moment, she and the rest of the team were ambushed and killed by a group of Freeza's henchmen on his orders, including Dodoria. The king of all Saiyans and the father of Vegeta. King Vegeta realized that Freeza had no further use for the Saiyans and no longer needed them around. After trying to oppose Freeza and attack him, King Vegeta is killed with a single blow to his chin. In the movie Broly: The Legendary Super Saiyan, he ordered both Broly and his father Paragus' assassination because he was afraid of the child's growing power level.

King Vegeta is only seen in the anime special , Movie 8, and some filler episodes. King Vegeta's appearance is never shown nor described in the manga, but he is mentioned briefly in a dialogue from Freeza to Vegeta in the original manga.

When Nappa was defeated by Goku though, Vegeta personally finished Nappa off for his weakness. After a short battle, Z transforms, and says now he's a "Super Neko Majin". The two continue to fight for a while, and Z beats him with a "NekoHameHa". Onio's wife drags him to the ship, and the two leave Earth.

Onio later comes back to Earth with Kuriza, and says how Kuriza is the strongest warrior in the universe, so it appears that Onio is Kuriza's henchman. Onio sticks around on Earth for a while to watch Kuriza fight Z and to play soccer.

His name is a pun on "onion".

He later came up with a plan to get revenge on Vegeta, but failed due to Broly breaking the headband and going berserk. He was killed by Broly who threw his escape pod into a comet. [edit] Son Goku Jr. character appears in the Dragon Ball GT seriescharacter appears in Dragon Ball Movie(s) almost exclusively

Goku Jr.
Goku Jr.

Son Goku Jr. is Son Goku's great-great grandson (Pan's grandson). Goku Jr. is very timid, and would run away from situations like being bullied. He would not do anything to retrieve what was stolen from him. He is seen once at the end of Dragon Ball GT, fighting in what may be the 64th Tenka-ichi Budōkai against a distant descendant of Vegeta's, Vegeta Jr. He also appears in the final Dragon Ball Special, A Hero's Legacy, in which he meets Goku. He is 1/16th Saiyan and has the power to become Super Saiyan, even with his diluted Saiyan blood.

His gi resembles Goku's, with the exception of having blue pants and a teal shirt underneath his vest (though in the finale of Dragon Ball GT, he wore Goku's preserved, ancient gi). Goku Jr.'s hair is in the same style, shape and form of Goku's. His hair and eye color are both black. His headband is red, which makes it resemble the headband Bardock wore before he took on Freeza to defend the Saiyan race from eradication. His skin color resembles Son Gohan's; milky white or very lightly tanned. The only notable difference between him and Goku and/or Goten is his face, which more resembles his mother's side of the family.

[edit] Son Goten character appears in the Dragon Ball Z seriescharacter appears in the Dragon Ball GT series

Main article: Son Goten

Second-born son of Goku and Chi-Chi. He and his best friend Trunks were the first to reach Super Saiyan 1, still as children.

Main article: Trunks

The son of Vegeta and Bulma. He and his best friend Son Goten were the first to reach Super Saiyan 1, still as children.

[edit] Vegeta Jr. character appears in the Dragon Ball GT series

Vegeta Jr.
Vegeta Jr.

Vegeta Jr. is a descendant of Vegeta, seen once at the end of Dragon Ball GT. He is much like Vegeta in name and attitude. He fights in the Tenka-ichi Budōkai against Son Goku's great-great grandson, Son Goku Jr.

He is the great great grandson of Vegeta and Bulma. He enters a tournament and his challenger is Son Goku Jr. When Vegeta Jr. first sees Goku Jr., he says: "Hey punk, are those rags you're wearing?". He proves to be just like Vegeta. The two competitiors are matched equally. Vegeta Jr. lands and goes Super Saiyan and when he sees Goku Jr. do it too, he says "I didn't know we both could go blonde", which leads us to believe that they don't know the actual name for the form.

Note that there is some doubt as to his lineage: he could be descended from either Trunks or Bra, with little evidence providing a substantial case for either. It seems more logical to assume, based on his mother's hair color, that he is Bra's great-grandson, and not Trunks'.

Both fusions use the Potara earrings. While Denderotto is only shown in the anime, thanks to Goku's imagination, Gotan is in both the manga and the anime, and is an unlockable in the video game Dragon Ball Z: Budokai 2. The english versions of the names are Denderot and Gokule (Because Kakarotto is named Kakarot and Mr. Satan is named Hercule).
