- Trooper Herbert Henderson 7 May 1897 (Matabeleland Rebellion).
- Frank William Baxter - April 22, 1896 (Matabeleland Rebellion).
- Frederick Charles Booth - February 12, 1917 (World War I).
- John Dering Nettleton - April 17, 1942 (World War II).

N.B. The Victoria Cross was also issued during the UDI era of Rhodesian/Zimbabwean history but is not generally recognised by British and commonwealth authorities but has been recognised though on rare occaisions.
