List of Georgia state parks
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
This is a list of Georgia state parks — state parks located in the U.S. state of Georgia. All are run by the Georgia Department of Parks and Recreation. The Georgia state park system was founded in 1931 with Indian Springs State Park and Vogel State Park. Indian Springs actually has been operated by the state as a public park since 1825, making it perhaps the oldest State Park in the nation.
