The following is a list of First Ministers of Catalonia (Catalan: Conseller Primer, formerly the Conseller en Cap), since 2001. This position should not be confused with the President of Catalonia, who is directly elected. Note that this list doesn't (currently) include the people occuping this position in the republican pre-1936 era.
