This is a list of all the episodes of the Japanese anime series Elfen Lied that aired on TV Tokyo's AT-X satellite channel from July 25 – October 17, 2004.

| Nana is released with brand-new artificial limbs and enough money to last her for a while on her own. Soon, she is found by Mayu and they becomes friends with each other. Nana is then brought back to Kouta's home, and Nana instantly attacks Lucy. | ||||

| After Mariko regains her ability to use her Vectors, she and Lucy have one final fight, ending in Lucy almost dying. Kurama then takes Mariko in his arms and dies with her when the bomb inside her is detonated. With a final goodbye kiss between Kouta and Lucy, she leaves and is last seen when she is shot at by a squad of soldiers. It is hinted, however, that Lucy does in fact return to Kōta, but this is not explicitly shown or stated in the anime version. | ||||
