[edit] Akane Kimidori
One of the main characters from Dr. Slump, Akane is one of Arale's best friends. She spends most of her time hanging out, playing pranks or getting into trouble. Her boyfriend is Tsuku-tsun and her sister is Aoi Kimidori. She shows up with the rest of the Dr. Slump characters while Goku is in Penguin Village.
[edit] Aoi Kimidori
Akane's sister who runs the Coffee Pot Cafe in Penguin Village. She shows up for one scene in Dragon Ball during the time Goku meets the Dr. Slump characters.
[edit] Arale Norimaki
Arale is in Akira Toriyama's second most famous series, Dr. Slump. She is a robot girl with amazing strength and speed created by Dr. Slump. The only problem is that she has poor eyesight. She shows up in the series when Goku chases General Blue all the way to Penguin Village. She defeats Blue in two moves after he paralyzes Goku.
[edit] Daigorou Kurigashira
One of the inhabitants of Penguin Village who pops up during the cross-over series.
[edit] Megane Buta
A near-sighted pig who acts as sort of a town crier for Penguin Village. He makes his announcements from atop a tree.
[edit] Gajira Norimaki (Gatchan)
These twin angels spoke a language only understood by Arale. Gatchan became ill and trapped itself into a cocoon and spent a lot of time inside. When the cocoon broke, there were two Gatchans. Gatchan is short for Gajira (A combination of Gamera and Gojira, Japanese for Godzilla) containing the suffix 'chan' which means child.
[edit] High King Niko-Chan
A creature resembling a green butt with a face and antenna who is stranded in Penguin Village along with his servant. In his spare time he either attempts to conquer the Earth, or simply builds a spaceship in order to get back to his home planet. Though his servant is bright, Niko-chan himself is a bumbling idiot. In the Dragonball manga, he appears briefly giving the victory sign, although his part is bigger in the anime series.
[edit] Kinoko Sarada
A Dr. Slump crossover always had to keep up with the latest fashions. Riding around on a tricycle, She had a very light-hearted and weird personality.
[edit] Kurikinton Soramame
A Barber in Penguin Village
[edit] Midori Norimaki
Arale's teacher, Midori marries Arale's creator Senbe. Together they have a son named Turbo.
[edit] Obotchaman
One of the many inhabitants of Penguin Village, the main town in Akira Toriyama's other manga Dr. Slump, a robot like Arale.
[edit] Pagosu
A member of the buffoonish Penguin Village Police Force.
[edit] Pisuke Soramame
He's a great friend of Arale's and he's also Tarou's younger brother.
[edit] Senbei Norimaki
A self-proclaimed genius, (even though his own son is much smarter than him). He creates Arale chan and many crazy inventions such as a Time Stop watch and all sorts of vehicles. He's not exactly attractive, but he's really a kind-hearted guy. He has the ability to hold a handsome pose for 3 minutes, then he turns back to normal. He eventually marries Midori Yamabuki and they have a son, Turbo, together.
[edit] Suppaman
An inhabitant of Penguin Village, He looks like a short, pudgy Clark Kent who can change into his alter ego "Suppa Man" by running into a telephone booth and putting on a Superman outfit. He is really just an average human with average strength, but he claims to have super powers which he gains by eating umeboshi. He meets General Blue, who orders him to step out of his car, the man refuses and promptly runs into a nearby telephone booth and changes into "Suppa Man". He then steps out and declares that he will not give up his car to any source of evil. General Blue calmly goes to the telephone booth, picks it up and crushes it in his hands. Suppa Man then gladly gives Blue his car and even gives him directions to the nearest airport. As Blue drives away, "Suppa Man" stands triumphant, declaring that he has made that particular place of ground that he's standing on a safer place.
[edit] Tarou Soramame
Kurikinton's first son, and a bit of a rebel. He's a high school drop-out who's been smoking since he was young. However, he becomes a cop near the end of Dr. Slump.
[edit] Tsukutsun Tsun
A member of Penguin Village who resembles Yamcha in both his action and his appearance. He's two years older than his sister Tsururin. His girlfriend is Akane and in a series of manga even rescues her from a mad scientist.
[edit] Tsuruten Tsun
Tsukutsun's father.
[edit] Tsururin Tsun
Tsukutsun's little sister. She's seen riding around with Tarou when she makes her appearance in the DB manga.
[edit] Turbo Norimaki
Senbei and Midori's son who is an incredible genius. He has the ability to memorize the blueprints of a machine simply by looking at it, and he can reconstruct things telepathically. He's the only person in Dragon Ball other than Bulma who demonstrates the ability to build a Dragon Radar from scratch. He got his genious because he was run over by aliens who didn't have complete knowledge on humans, and they sort of resurrected him wrong.
