- Brendan Rowe - Brendan Rowe is a half-warlock being. Having to be descended from a long line of warlocks, Brendan is a good-natured soul who cares for others, even for the small and insignificant creatures. Brendan Rowe was born from a warlock father and a mortal mother, and as the years went by, he was encountered by his two half-brothers Greg and Paul Rowe, and learned of his warlock heritage. He resisted the temptation of being a warlock, and did some research, where he learned that the only way that he could neutralize his warlock half, completely, is if he became a priest and serve under God. With Prue Halliwell's help, she was able to fend off his brothers and had them vanquished, allowing Brendan to be fully mortal.
- Brianna: A Warren witch of the 1800s, with the power of telekinesis. She separated a powerful Warlord named Gabriel, from his Crystal sword.
- Charmed Ones - The Charmed Ones are known to be the most powerful witches that world has ever seen and are destined to protect innocents from the forces of Evil. Prue, Piper, and Phoebe are known as the Charmed Ones, as well as the Power of Three. The Charmed Ones are descended from the famous Melinda Warren, who was burned at the stake to protect her daughter from persecution as well. The Charmed Ones had inherited Melinda's powers: telekinesis (Prue), molecular immobilization (Piper), and precognition (Phoebe). As the Charmed Ones grew, so did their powers; into moving Prue's mind out of her body and into an astral self (clone of Prue) although she lost her telekinetic ability in this form, Piper could not only freeze molecules in their place, but also speed up the molecules causing the object blow up, and Phoebe gains levitation and empathy, and some form of "mind-fry" in the future which she used to kill a baseball player. Phoebe eventually loses her active powers, but slowly gets them back. After a little training, Phoebe learns how to use a demon's emotions to paralyze and reflect their powers back at them. Learning about another sister, Paige Matthews, a half-whitelighter/half-witch, she has the power to telekinetically orb an object to her, or at something, on command (this includes demonic powers), as well as orb herself, and passengers, to anywhere she wishes. Later, her whitelighter half comes into the light and she is forced to become a whitelighter, despite her wishes to remain "normal".

- The Charmed Ones were once transformed into warlocks; having the power to Blink, transmogrify/transfigure, and possibly expand their powers. Unfortunately, the Charmed Ones became evil and vicious.
- The Charmed Ones had became super-heroes, known as the Protectors, drawn by a young male witch/future Elder, and given superhuman strength, invincibility, and speed.
- The Charmed Ones were given the Olympian God powers by Leo Wyatt to defeat the Titans. Piper became like Gaia, Rhea, or Demeter, a Goddess of the Earth, Paige became like Enyo or Athena, the Goddess of War, and Phoebe became like Aphrodite, the Goddess of Love.
- Mark Chao - Mark Chao is twenty-three year old Chinese man who was killed on his birthday by Tony Wong. His spirit was hunted by Yama. When Piper encountered Mark, as a witch she was required to help any spirit she encounters, she agreed to help him by getting his family to bury his body. During that time, Mark and Piper fell in love with each other, and it broke their hearts when they had to depart, forever.
- Max Franklin - Max Franklin is a young male witch with the power of psychokinesis, the ability to affect objects without seeing them, but having a general idea of what they look like, kind of like Prue's telekinetic power. His mother was a witch and his father was a mortal; he never learned of his magical heritage until his mother's death. He was kidnapped by Mickey Jackson, who wanted to use him to open up vaults. Max Franklin was saved by Prue Halliwell.
- Melinda Warren - Melinda Warren is the famous ancestor of the Warren/Halliwell line. She created the Power of Three as well as the Book of Shadows. Her powers were telekinesis, temporal stasis, and precognition. Her first and only daughter was Prudence Warren. Melinda Warren fell in love with the warlock Matthew Tate, and as she shared her powers with him, he exposed her as a witch, and she was sentenced to burn at the stake. Melinda, being unable to use her active-powers against Matthew, banished him into a locket which could only be opened by a member of her bloodline. Melinda was summoned to 1998 by her descendants, Prue, Piper, and Phoebe, to put Matthew Tate back in the locket. Melinda had returned to eternity after Matthew was put back in the locket.
- Whitelighters - Whitelighters are angelic beings that watch over and guide future whitelighters and good/light witches. A mortal person can become a whitelighter if they did a great amount of good in their life before death. Whitelighters have the power of healing, telepathy although it resembles empathy most of the time, levitating, traveling in a whitelighter-type of teleportation called orbing and morph into any other human being. Whitelighters have also been seen creating energy-balls to train witches, possibly to attack, and telekinetic orbing, although telekinetic orbing is only seen in half-whitelighters/half-witches and one of the Guardians of the Hollow. Whitelighters can act and live like regular humans, as they can eat and sleep like them, all except for being mortally wounded. These beings are practically immortal, unless when they are touched or shot by a Darklighter arrow. Although whitelighters can be healed by other whitelighters, and can heal witches and mortals, they cannot heal themselves. A whitelighter can lose his/her powers and status, if they choose to, by two ways: they can stop using their powers for a long period of time or if they had to be recycled, being reborn on Earth. Or by violating the Elder's laws, like loving a witch.
- Aviva - Aviva was a teenage girl who was corrupted by the priestess Kali. She was a good witch invulnerable to Pipers freeze power and had the power of fire. Originally coerced by Kali into infiltrating the Halliwell coven upon forging a friendship with Phoebe she turned on Kali relinquishing her powers, Kali possessed her and was defeated by the charmed ones presumably leaving Aviva powerless and able to go on with her normal life.

Cupid - Cupid(s) are angelic beings who are responsible for bringing people together who have a chance at love. They use their ring, which allows them to slow time and get between heartbeats where they can then plant thoughts of love.
Elders - The Elders are known as the Elder whitelighters who govern the world of magic, good magic that is. Whitelighters are promoted to Elder status if they did a huge amount of good as a whitelighter. Elders can produce powerful electricity and uses it in the most dire emergencies. If an Elder retires, they have to find another being that is worthy of the powers. The "heir" to their status does not have to be a whitelighter, although it must be a magical being.
Aunt Gail - Aunt Gail is the surrogate aunt of the Halliwell sisters, who was best friends with Penny Halliwell, "Grams". Aunt Gail had stolen their powers to give them to Cryto so he could restore her youth; unfortunately, it costed the Halliwell Sisters' trust. Aunt Gail was killed by Cryto while she tried to protect them from him.
Melinda Halliwell-Wyatt - Melinda Halliwell was the alternate future daughter of Piper and Leo, although she has been replaced by Wyatt.
Nell: A witch in the 1920s, who used her magic to seal her warlock lover inside of a painting of a castle forever. Inside the castle, she created many obstacles so he wouldn't escape unless the Latin words were read. (Thought to be Latin because of knowledge of its uses in her spells.)
P. Baxter - P. Baxter is an ancestor of the Charmed Ones, as well as the past incarnation of Piper Halliwell. Her lover was Leo Wyatt's past incarnation. P. Baxter had married Gordon Johnson and ran a speakeasy at the Halliwell Manor. P. Baxter's power was the same as Piper's, which means that out of the three sisters, Piper was the only one that remained good, as her powers were not changed, like Phoebe's and Paige's were changed from their past lives for doing evil (Prue's past life, P. Bowen, may have done a great good and had her power upgraded for her next life, Prue, because Prue's power is obviously stronger than P. Bowen's). P. Baxter and P. Bowen had killed and cursed their cousin, P. Russell, to stop her from reuniting with the warlock Anton, in this life or in the next. She had a daughter Penelope Johnson, who had a daughter Patricia, who gave birth to Prue Halliwell, Phoebe Halliwell, Piper Halliwell, and Paige Matthews.
P. Bowen - P. Bowen is an ancestor of the Charmed Ones, as well as the past incarnation of Prudence Halliwell. P. Bowen was known to be a very good photographer. P. Bowen's power was to project an icy breath from her mouth. P. Bowen and P. Baxter had killed and cursed their cousin, P. Russell, to stop her from reuniting with the warlock Anton, in this life or in the next. P. Bowen is suspected to have done a great good deed which is why her power upgraded from ice-breath to telekinesis in her next life. Telekinesis is thought of as an incredibly powerful active power, as it can be used as both an offensive and defensive power, and a physical enhancement (creating a change in the witch's physical abilities, i.e. making attacks stronger, levitation, etc.)
Sam Wilder - Sam Wilder was the whitelighter of Patricia Halliwell and father of Paige Matthews. While he was Patty's whitelighter, he fell in love with her, and she fell in love with him as well. Patty later got pregnant with Sam's child, and because of the rule that whitelighters should not be with their charges, and that the forces of evil would target the child, they had to give the baby up. While Patty was fighting the Water Demon, Sam was unable to protect her because she froze him with her power. Sam saw Patty die when the temporal stasis wore off as she was dying. Years later, Sam had turned out to be a resident at the camp where the Water Demon lived in its lake. Sam had clipped his wings and still kept memory dust with him to stop others from drowning in the lake. Sam had encountered the Charmed Ones as they had to vanquish the Water Demon to stop it from harming the camp children. While protecting them, Sam was killed by the demon and was reunited with Patty once again. Three years later, Sam was reborn as a whitelighter, again, and messed up, again, becoming a drunk and a bum. Sam was later found by Paige, and was finally reunited with her and had regained his whitelighter status.

Empaths: Empaths are people who can sense the emotions of others. They use this power to help these people out. They usually becomes priests or guidance counselors. A priest had cursed a warlock named Vinceres by transferring his empath powers to Vinceres because it was the only way to weaken the extremely powerful warlock. With the help of Belthazor, Vinceres was able to free himself of the empath powers, by giving them to Prue. At first Prue couldn't handle to the power, but embraced and vanquished Vinceres and gave the priest the empath powers back. Phoebe also began to become an empath in Season 6, but this power, like the others, was taken away.
Fairies - Fairies are good mystical creatures that live in a realm parallel to the mortal realm, but they are separated by a thin veil. Fairies have dominion over the trolls. Fairies have a magical dust with which they can do many things, including turning people into fairies.
Ice Cream Man - The Ice Cream Man is a known to mortals as a regular ice cream man who takes his ice cream truck and sells children ice cream, but in actuality, he is luring demon children to his truck and captures them inside a parallel dimension, where they are trapped in a playground-like place and they are captured by The Nothing and are vanquished within it.
Jenna & Leeza - Jenna and Leeza are chosen practitioners and/or actual witches, chosen by the Elders to keep the two halves of the Magical Amulet hidden from the demonic community. Jenna was saved by the Charmed Ones, for the moment, and was later killed by Belthazor. Leeza was killed by Raynor. Both of their halves of the Magical Amulet were stolen by Belthazor.
Bo Lightfeather - Son of a powerful medicine man, Soaring Crow, Bo has inherited the gift of foresight, like Phoebe he has premonitions. Also a man of great courage, he stands up to Sutter, a crony of railroad tycoons who seeks to reap a windfall by taking over the town. Phoebe and Bo become magically linked across the boundary between the planes of existence that binds the town and holds it a prisoner in a time loop of its last day, when Sutter kills Bo as the townspeople stand and watch, causing Bo's magical power to create the curse that dooms them to relive the tragedy over and over until they find the courage to stand up to Sutter's violence and stop him from killing Beau. A crow is seen calling a warning when Phoebe visits the ghost town, just before she is linked to Bo by their shared magic.

Melody - Melody is the Charmed Ones' muse.
Muses - Muses are angelic beings whose sole purpose is to inspire people's passion and creativity. Like angels, they guide us with an unseen hand of inspiration. Unlike whitelighters, muses are invisible even to their charges and can only be seen by other angelic beings.
Tyler - A young boy with the power to start fires before his power was bound by Piper.
Firestarters - An extremely rare and coveted magical creature. Their power is linked to their emotions. It first manifests in adolescence. And since they don't have much guidance to control their power, they are often trained to become the bodyguards of the Source.

Cecil - Cecil is an Elder who was slaughtered in the Whitelighter Dimension by the Titans. He always gave Leo encouraging advice.
Eva - Eva is the last Shuvani in her line. She is a full-time doctor and doesn't believe in magic. When her aunt Lydia dies, she receives a spiritual call from her which makes her rethink her position against magic. When it comes to a final battle with Orin, Eva is able to vanquish him.
Familiars - animals that are a person in disguise; they guide new witches into the life they are meant to lead.
Gypsies - A sister tradition to witchcraft, gypsies share many similarities with witches. While most gypsies do not have active powers, they perform spells and use potions. High priestesses of the gypsy tradition are called Shuvanis, and they use their power to ward off evil.
Katrina - Katrina is the human form of Kit, the former pet cat of the Halliwell Sisters.
Kevin - Kevin is a 13-year-old boy who has the power of thought projection. He can make things in his mind come to life by drawing them. When Ramus dies, his powers are passed on to Kevin, who eventually becomes the new Elder.
Lydia - Lydia is a Shuvani, too. She owns a talisman called the Evil Eye - the "Waffediyok". By using the Waffediyok, she can protect herself from Cree, but eventually he kills her in a fight.
Madame Thereza - She is a Gypsy and one of the last High Priestess, the Shuvani. Theresa and other Shuvani once cursed the demon Orin and made him blind, taking away the possibility to find Gypsies among other people. Orin's son now seeks revenge and kills Madame Thereza.
Sandman - Sandman, giving their charges dream powder so they can dream, and so to enabled them to deal with their subconscious issues in dream.
Seamus - Seamus is a Leprechaun that had asked for the help of the Charmed Ones to destroy Saleel.
Roland - Roland is an Elder who escaped the whitelighter massacre. He was one of the Elders who was against Leo marrying a witch.
Unicorns - Magical creatures whose horn, if in a powder form, will perform magic even if you lose your magic.

The Beast - The Beast is a manticore-like creature who was once the human Derek. He was taken by a manticore for breeding purposes, but managed to escape before they could kill him. Desperate to get his son back, Derek used a combination of potions which turned him into the Beast and made him very powerful, so the manticores could not harm him.
Callaways and the Montanas - They are two families of witches. Their manors are located across the road, facing each other. These two families have a feud that has continued over the years, with wars that involve shooting energy balls at each other. When the sisters encounter them, the dead fiance (Olivia Callaway) continued the feud. As a lost spirit, her rage and desire for revenge enables her to create plasma ball to make scenes for the two families. The feud ended when the families decide to stop the war rather than lose more family members.
The Lady - Also known as the Lady of the Lake, she is responsible for safeguarding the sword Excalibur until the person destined to wield the sword becomes ready. Since only the one destined to wield Excalibur can control its power, the Lady must create a buffer between herself and the sword so that she does not become corrupted by its power.
Richard Montana - Richard Montana is a male witch in the Montana Family. He is the Romeo to Juliet, who is Olivia Callaway. They were engaged to be married, hoping that their love could end their family's feud, but she died in the crossfire. Richard later falls in love with Paige, and tries not to use his magic too much, but at one point he uses a great concentration of it and he becomes corrupted. Paige felt that he was unable to deal with the magic, so she takes it away from him thus costing them their relationship. His powers consist of Teleportation, Energy balls, Telekinesis, and Conjuring.
Mrs. Winterbourne - Mrs. Winterbourne is a teacher and the caretaker of the toddlers at Magic School.

Lady Godiva - The legendary woman who disagreed with her lord husband's unjust taxes in the 11th century. She is conjured from a history book by accident, but is desperately sent back to her own time by the sisters to prevent changing history. She can thus fulfill the terms of her agreement with her husband: if she rides naked through the town streets, he will lower the taxes.
Guardian Angels - Guardian Angels, also known as just Guardians, are angelic, balding, beings that watch and protect their human charges from harm. Usually, a guardian guides through subconscious thoughts or messages. The stronger the magic being or human is, the more powerful the guardian.
Guardians of Pandora's Box - A lineage of female protectors of Pandora's Box. They are able to protect it using force beams. Into every generation a newborn girl will be chosen to protect Pandora's Box. She will only be aware of what she is when the previous Guardian has passed on and the box sent to her.
Hope - Hope is a college student who happens to be the new Guardian of Pandora's Box. As a guardian, she is able to project force beams.
Mitchell Haines - Mitchell is a male witch who happened to be Paige Matthews' first charge. His power is rapid acceleration.
Mullen Brothers - Daniel and Edward Mullen were two Magic School students who had written a mystery novel together called "Crossed, Double-Crossed. When the two brothers got trapped into the story, Dan was shot by a character called Johnny the Gent and the book expelled. Eddie was led to believe that the cops shot his brother. Until the book ended as set out by the brothers, Eddie would not be able to leave the book. When Eddie destroyed the Burmese Falcon, the story ended, with him, Paige Matthews, and Agent Kyle Brody free.
Sandra - Sandra is an Elder who is very supportive of Leo Wyatt during his time of need. She also helped Paige Matthews deal with her new status as a whitelighter.
Zola - Zola was an Elder who had tried to reach out to Leo to try to help him, but was killed by Leo, thinking that he was like Gideon.
[edit] Season 8
Billie Jenkins - Paige's new charge, she's a teenage witch with the power of telekinesis and projection (although it works only at high leveled emotions). Her older sister Christy was kidnapped by demons 15 years ago, but no one looked for her until Billie found out that she was a witch. Eventually, Billie finally found her sister and discovered that they were both witches, their powers inherited from their grandmother. Christy would briefly convert Billie to the dark side, but she was all the while believing she was fighting on the side of good. Billie found redemption in sacrificing her sister.
Ryan and Jen - Two former witch-students of Leo. They used to practice combat on invincible demons called the "Noxon demons" before Magic School was closed.
