The following is list of episodes for the Japanese anime Black Cat. It was directed for Gonzo by Shin Itagaki. It first aired on October 6, 2005, and its final episode aired on March 30, 2006.

Train_Heartnet and Sven_Vollfied go after the same man, the mobster/governor Lib Tyrant. Train kills Lib and Sven gives chase. Train escapes, but Sven learns from a pawn broker that Train is a Chronos Number. | ||||||

Rinslet Walker, disguised at Elena, hires Sven to rescue her "sister," who is really Eve. Train helps Saya_Minatsuki take down Preta Ghoul, a murderer, without killing him. Train is then sent to kill Rinslet's sister. | ||||||

Sven arrives as Train is about to shoot Eve. Her kidnappers interupt them, and they both retreat. Sven confronts Rinslet, who explains that Eve is a bio-weapon. Sven runs into Eve at a park and befriends her; giving her ice cream. She is then re-captured. | ||||||

Train and Sven with Rinslet go to rescue Eve. Eve's captor, Torneo Rudman, has a device planted on Eve that turns her into a monster. He commands her to kill Train, but Sven removes the device (while being stabbed by her) and everyone escapes. | ||||||

Train decides to leave Chronos because of a conversation with Saya. Chronos sends Creed Diskenth to kill Train, but he is defeated. Creed then asks Train to join him in a revolution against Chronos. Sephiria Arks goes to stop them. | ||||||

Sephia and Train are attacked by one of Creed's Tao masters. They escape when Saya's song dispells his magical insects. Saya goes to the wharf to watch fireworks with Train but Creed shows up and kills her. | ||||||

Train is injured from his fight with Creed. Sven and Eve take him to their cabin in the woods to hide. Jenos Hazard finds them while looking for Eve, but they defeat him. Meanwhile, Chronos changes its focus to Creed, instead of Train. | ||||||

Six months have past. Train has joined Sven as a sweeper. Eve also wants to be one. Rin is hired by Jenos to search for a man and a girl who are giving criminals a Tao laced potion. The group defeats one enhanced criminal and meets up with Rin. | ||||||

Rin goes off in pursuit of Charden Flamberg and Kirisaki Kyoko while the rest go after a criminal they have Tao inhanced. Eve, Train and Sven catch the criminal and run into Charden and Kyoko, who are working for Creed. Kyoko devolops a crush on Train. | ||||||

Creed and the Apostles of the Stars disrupt a political gathering as part of their plan for a revolution. Creed again tries to get Train to join him, but is rebuffed. The history of Svens dead IBI partner, and how his death gave Sven the Vision Eye is explained. | ||||||

Woodney the Coward is impersonating the Black Cat and has attracted the attention of Durham. Eve befriends Woodney and when Durham arrives, Train takes him out. Meanwhile, Rins is looking for the Apostles of the Stars. | ||||||

Train goes to confront Creed and the Apostles and his friends soon follow. Simultaneously, the Numbers go after Creed. Things turn sour, and Train decides to save his friends instead of seek revenge. | ||||||

Creed kills Durham, and Charden and Kyouko decide to leave the Apostles. Kyouko decides to make Train a chocolate for "Heart Gift" day. Doctor Kanzaki shows up and tries to shoot Kyouko with a nanotech bullet but train jumps in front and is hit. | ||||||

The nanotech bullet has changed Train into a young boy. Eve and Train assist meet a band orphans and assist them against a group of gangsters. Trains past, where his his parents were killed by an assassin who raises him, is explained. | ||||||

Sven looks into a sweeper alliance formed to catch Creed. Train and Eve go after a lost pet lizard Flora. The lizard turns out be a Tyrannosaurus, which is subdued. Train learns of Creeds location from the alliance and heads out alone. | ||||||

Train meets a woman named Saki while crossing a mountain on his way to Creed's. Saki looks identical to Saya, and lives a mysterious existence protecting a baby prince from his enemies. Train helps her, then wakes up in the road with his friends there. | ||||||

The sweeper alliance gathers at a port before heading to Creed's island. It turns out Chronos has hired them to act as decoys. Dr. Kanzaki releases nano/Toa beast on the city, and the sweepers defeat them. They then decide to help Chronos against Creed. | ||||||

The sweepers and the Chronos Numbers attack Creeds Island. Eve turns into a mermaid and an angel while defeating Leon, teaching him that his real friends are the orphans. Most battles end in a tie, with Train and Sephiria getting close to Creed. | ||||||

Train saves Creed from Sephiria with the help of Saya's spirit, and Creed's new god-like powers malfunction. Eve de-nanos Creed, who leaves with Echidna Parass. The heroes win the battle, but a some of the Numbers and Apostles have betrayed them. | ||||||

Mason, along with a few traitorous Numbers and Apostles has formed the Zero Numbers. They have a plot involving taking Eve to Eden. They kidnap Eve by placing a device on her that removes her personality and makes her an unemotional weapon. | ||||||

Mason merges Eve with the machine Eden/Adam. Eden then creates a nano rain that consumes people. Train gets the assistance of the remaining Numbers and the sweeper alliance and everyong heads off to stop Eden. | ||||||
"A Cat in Paradise" | March 23, 2006 | 22 | ||||
Adam/Eden uses the consumed people to go to a more powerfull, second stage. The heroes trap Eden by luring her into a canyon using Sven and fireworks as bait. A battle ensues with the Zero Numbers and Train and Sven attempt to enter Eden to save Eve. | ||||||

Train severs the link between Eve and Eden and everyone returns to their lives. Rins is with Jenos as Sven and Eve drive off looking for Train. Train walks into the desert thinking of Saya. | ||||||
