In the fictional Star Trek universe, Lirpa is an ancient Vulcan weapon with a razor-sharp curved blade at one end and a heavy bludgeon on the other.

Captain Kirk and Mr. Spock used the lirpa when they fought for possession of T'Pring during Spock's Pon farr ritual on Planet Vulcan in "Amok Time". In an episode of Star Trek Enterprise, soldiers sent after Jonathan Archer and T'Pol fought with lirpas, since the planet Vulcan's "Forge" region made conventional energy weapons useless.
