Linsey Ray Mills (born November 9, 1969) is an entrepreneur, financial advisor, author and profesional speaker. He is married to Michelle Serrano-Mills.

Mills graduated from Davidson College in 1992 with a degree in Anthropology and Sociology. In 1997 he won the US Small Business Administration Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award for the state of North Carolina and the Southeast Region of the United States.
