Linux (washing powder)
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Linux Vollwaschmittel (German: Linux Detergent) is a brand of detergent made by the Swiss company Rösch.
Some people have criticised the brand for using the word Linux, which is a name for the Linux operating system or its kernel. However, since it does not use the trademark as a technology term, it is not an infringement of Linus Torvalds's existing trademark. The factory that produces the detergent does not have any association with the Linux kernel.
The company does however use a Linux-based server for its web site.
